משלוחים בישראל | Israel Delivery
- •משלוח רגיל | Standard Delivery: 5-7 ימי עסקים | business days
- •אזורים מרוחקים | Remote Areas: 7-10 ימי עסקים | business days

* כרגע אנו משלחים לישראל בלבד. משלוחים בינלאומיים יהיו זמינים בקרוב.
* Currently we ship to Israel only. International shipping coming soon.
Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
הזמנות מעובדות בדרך כלל תוך 1-2 ימי עסקים. תקבל אימייל אישור עם מידע מעקב ברגע שההזמנה נשלחה.

* ימי האספקה מתחילים להיספר מיום העסקים הבא לאחר אישור חברת האשראי
* הזמנות שיתבצעו לאחר השעה 17:00, יעברו ליום העסקים הבא
* יום עסקים - מתחיל להיספר מהיום הראשון לאחר ביצוע ההזמנה שאינו שישי, שבת, ערב חג, חג, חול המועד, יום זיכרון, או יום שבתון
* בתקופה של מבצעים מיוחדים, חגים, ואירועים מיוחדים זמני האספקה עלולים להתעכב
* במידה ואינכם בבית, השליח יוכל להשאיר את המשלוח ליד הדלת באישורכם בלבד
Returns & Exchanges | החזרות והחלפות
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law 1981.
שביעות רצונך היא בראש מעיינינו. אם אינך מרוצה מהרכישה, אנו מציעים החזרות והחלפות תוך 14 יום מקבלת המוצר, בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן תשמ"א-1981.
Return Policy | מדיניות החזרה
- Items must be unopened and in their original packaging
- Perfumes must be unused with seals intact
- Original receipt or proof of purchase required
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving returned items
- המוצרים חייבים להיות סגורים ובאריזתם המקורית
- בשמים חייבים להיות ללא שימוש עם חותמות שלמות
- נדרשת קבלה מקורית או הוכחת רכישה

Cancellation Fee | דמי ביטול
In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or ₪100 (whichever is lower) may be charged.
בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן, ייתכנו דמי ביטול של עד 5% ממחיר העסקה או ₪100 (הנמוך מביניהם).
How to Initiate a Return | כיצד לבצע החזרה
- Contact our customer service team at returns[at]tregerheritage.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive your return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided
Exchanges | החלפות
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or fragrance, please contact us at support[at]tregerheritage.com. We will process your exchange as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items | מוצרים פגומים
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support[at]tregerheritage.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages | חבילות אבודות
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend selecting signature confirmation at checkout for high-value orders. For missing packages, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
