Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $8.00
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days - $18.00
- Priority Overnight: 1 business day - $35.00
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $150
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- Asia & Middle East: 10-21 business days
- Rest of World: 14-28 business days
Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Return Policy
- Items must be unopened and in their original packaging
- Perfumes must be unused with seals intact
- Original receipt or proof of purchase required
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error
How to Initiate a Return

- Receive your return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or fragrance, please contact us at [email protected]. We will process your exchange as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend selecting signature confirmation at checkout for high-value orders. For missing packages, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
